WOOO! So what I've heard on the grapevine is that someone at an EB Games store in NSW Australia has sold the game early opening the floodgates for every other store in Australia to release it a day early. This is a huge deal as the reported fines for early release go as follows...
*$250,000 (AU) fine to the company who released it early.
*$50,000 personal fine to the employee who sold it.
*And apparently there are also instructions for the company in question (EB) to clean house and fire every staff member associated with that store.
Big problems for one day early. So get down to your game provider and get cracking. FYI for JBHifi costumers only XBOX360 is currently available. Don't know why but that's what I was told over the phone.
